Employee Perceptions on Transformational Leadership on Creativity

To explore employee perceptions on the impact of transformational leadership on creativity in the organisation. Creativity is defined as the terms of the thinking process which new ideas or concepts are develops to enhance the productivity or quality of the products / services. It can also be solved the existing issues or problems that the organisation faced. Transformational leadership style is understood to has positive effects on the employees as it can motivate and influence them at work.
